How a signing runs

From package receipt to ship-back.

No portal logins to chase, no scope confusion, no missed signatures. Here's exactly what happens.

Package receipt

Email me directly, or send through your signing service of choice. I confirm receipt within the hour during business hours, faster after hours.

Borrower contact

I call or text the borrower to confirm time, address, and the IDs they'll bring. I follow your scheduling instructions exactly.

Package review

I print, sort, tab, and read the package before I leave my driveway. Any missing pages or anomalies, I flag back before the appointment.

The signing

I arrive on time, in business attire, with the package tabbed and ready. I verify IDs, walk the borrower through each document, and witness signatures cleanly.

Same-day scan-back

I scan the executed package the same day and email it to you for review. If you need overnight FedEx or UPS, I drop at the nearest staffed location.

Journal & close-out

I keep a complete Texas-compliant journal entry for every notarization, including thumbprint where required. Available for audit on request.

Executed package scanned and emailed to you the day of the signing. Overnight ship next business day from a staffed FedEx or UPS.

I run Hwy 29 Notary from Liberty Hill. I'm the only person who answers the phone, the only person who reads your package, and the only person who shows up at the borrower's door.

What's your coverage area?

Williamson and Burnet counties primary, with regular runs across the Hwy 29 corridor: Liberty Hill, Bertram, Burnet, Marble Falls, Florence, Andice, Sun City Georgetown, North Georgetown, and Leander. Out-of-area drives quoted at booking.

Which platforms are you on?

I'm NNA-certified and currently in the process of onboarding to the major signing-service platforms. In the meantime, I accept packages directly via email and respond same business day. If your title company prefers a specific platform, let me know which one and I'll prioritize onboarding there.

What's your turnaround on scan-back and ship?

Same-day scan-back is standard. I scan the executed package the day of the signing and email it for your review. Overnight ship goes out the next business day from a staffed FedEx or UPS location. If you need a tighter turnaround for a specific file, ask at booking and I'll work it.

Can I send packages directly to your email?

Yes. Send to hwy29notary@gmail.com. I confirm receipt within the hour during business hours. I print, sort, tab, and read the package before driving over. If a page is missing or a notary block looks off, I flag it back before the appointment.

What if the borrower has questions during the signing?

I explain what each document is and what they're signing, but I don't interpret loan terms, give legal advice, or answer questions about the underwriting. For substantive questions, I have them call you or the loan officer. Texas notary statute is clear on the line, and I stay on the right side of it.

Do you provide proof of insurance and bond?

Yes. I can send my E&O policy declaration page, bond certificate, NNA SAC certification, and current background screening on request. Standard documentation for panel applications. Email me and I'll send the packet over.
